Saraswat Bank — delay in opening saving bank account | |||||
I had visited saraswat bank jogeshwari east mumbai branch to open a savings account with minimum balance of 1000. The complete procedure (Paperwork, document submission and payment of 1000) was done on 23rd may 2018 but my account has yet not started. A lady who had done all the procedures had assured me that it would start within 10 days which hasn't happened, the staff even don't have any manner to how to talk with customers. I am not mentioning name of particular person for a concern, if no action is taken then i have to register complain against that particular person. Kindly do the needfull.
