Sir .I take home loan April 2015 at the time interest rate is 10.15 fo r ffloating rate after than 4 months bank reduces interest upto 9.5 but this rate not applied to me . If want this rate 1.%charges is estimated by what is the meant of floating rate .If in future interest rate increases my rate increase but rate decrease why not my rate decrease.
