Saraswat Bank — net banking issue - old database upload several time | |||
Hello, I have observed that every time after 8pm there is a old database uploaded of 3rd May and we are unable to use the netbanking system. I have reported this issue to the local branch and call center of saraswat bank but there is no response from their side. I'm unable to lodge a compaint to their nodal officer as his email ID is not mentioned anywhere. As per RBI guidelines the Bank is violating the SLA. Was this information helpful? | |||
