Saraswat Bank — not getting cheques book from last 1 & 1/2 month

Dear sir,
I am katira jiten laxmidas holder of s/b account numbers no.[protected].

I had apply for new cheque book in mid of oct'17 in mulund (W) branch and i am holding account in mulund (E) branch. Now east branch is refusing the receipt of request and mulund br informed me that they have already sent request to east br. Now i am not getting new chq book.

You are requested to help in matter. No officer is informing their name so that i can make complain. Old lady (Mulund (W) br.) who is sitting near cash counter with small hair is speaking very badly and i have already given chq book request 2 time but not yet received cheque book please help
