Saraswat Bank — payment not received

I did imps from saraswat bank ac no.[protected] (Branch dadar-e) on 8/5/2018
Of 10000/- (Ref no.[protected] to bank of baroda ac no. [protected] (Ifsc barb0bupgbx)
But till date it is not received in the account and nor refunded in my account. I am in touch with both the banks but they both are not giving any proper reply
Plz do the needful
