I have account in your masjid bander branch (Long ago in samual street). My office is at kalbadevi, its really difficult for me to go at masjid branch for passbook updation...
I have barcode on passbook but that not working in kalbadevi passbook printing machine, so i just request staff when there is no customers in bank, to jus update it, but they always refuse.
So just guide me do they have right to say like this?
What i do for this, as this is going to happen all the time...
