Saraswatibai Bishwambharlal Charity Trust — Aiding dr. Rajeev gokulprasad sharma and his family in money laundering

Address:Mumbai City, Maharashtra, 400026

Since last two days, flat no. 26 above my flat has again become a source of noise and nuisance in the building. Complaints given to police, mhada and municipal authorities since november 2015 are on record. Illegal construction in the vacant flat began on 2nd november, 2015. Best undertaking website shows five electric meters have been installed in several flats in the building in the name of devesh sharma, the son of dr. Rajeev gokulprasad sharma. The building built in 1936 is under the namagement of saraswatibai bishwambharlal charity trust. It appears that the trust has been helping dr. Rajeev gokulprasad sharma who is also a director in several companies to launder his undisclosed income and black money and/or to escape prosecution by income tax authorities. The said trust even issued illegal rent receipts of the flat in my possession which is conclusive evidence of the illegal activities of the secretary and trustees of saraswatibai bishwambharlal charity trust. Illegal cosntruction is going on unabated in flat 26 since 2nd november, 2015.
