Sarathi — refund of application fee

I've paid the sum amounting 950/- for driver ll test.

While allotment of slots, it showed a waiting period of 1.5 months which isn't acceptable.

Also at the time of processing the payment it says it's refundablebut afterwards it says unable to refund.

When i'm not using the services, my money should be refunded.

Humble request to you to refund the amount to original payment mode at earliest.
