Saravana Selvarathinam Stores — worst customer service

We bought a samsung refrigerator at saravana selvarathinam, Madurai. The delivery was done after one hour of purchase. The fridge was delivered by a single man. We resided at the first floor so he stated that he cannot lift the fridge to the first floor as he has number of deliveries. He kept our new fridge at the road itself and went away. If they are delivering an item like fridge atleast they should have three people. But they had only one left our fridge at mid way and demanded full payment for the delivery. Really disgusted with the behaviour and we complained to the customer care they spoke really rudely like we should be aware that we live in first floor and not in ground floor. Do they imply that only ground floor people should buy a fridge and not the other people who reside at floors??? Worst service I have ever witnessed...
