I am a regular customer of Saravana stores. And today also purchased for nearly rs 5000. I went to ear ring sections and thought of buying many earrings. Checked the sales women can I try these. She told yes and I tried many ear rings. I took the ear rings from the basket also. I went for billing. After billing during delivery they told the price tag is interchanged. They could have solved this by placing the correct tag. But instead the started shouting and checking me. Forced me to pay the amount 3 times the original amount and insulted me shouted in front of other customers.The actual bill amount is 414. But they pulled the card from me and paid 1438 without my authentication and my permission withdrawn money from my card using wifi option. And refused to give me the bill also. This is the worst experience I have come across in my life. Why should I pay thrice the original amount. I tag is interchanged it is their own responsibility to check and place the bill. Instead insulting the customer and forcing to pay thrice the bill amount is very wrong. This is last shopping at Saravana stores for me, my family and friends.
