They have damaged my car in valet parking. While entrance the bumper is clean without any marks but they deny to rectify stating they dont have the driver damaging the car video. Initially they agreed and made me to go home but in the phone call they started denying no proof of driver damaging the car. They dont accept the car is clean when it is entered.
