[Resolved]  Saravana stores chennai/ Royal Oak — Chair got broken within two days

I bought Royal Oak Rover Rocking Chair CR75 at saravana stores on 17th Mar 2015 which got delivered at 18 Mar 2015, We were following up with them several times for person to come and assemble the chair. Finally person came on 27th Mar 2015 and get the chair assembled. But the problem here is the got broken within two days post fitting it. I am really worried and enquired the store on the same but they didn't responded properly. I requested them at least fix it
