[Resolved] Saravana Stores — delay and no confirmation of date for the replacement of defect cookware | |||
We took geenchef branded tawa, pressure cooker, kodai etc from saravana stores, chrompet, chennai. Within the warranty period, defects found on items and we called geenchef customercare. They told us to returned those items to saravana stores and they will take it up. After that they told after 2-3 days, those items will be replaced. After 6 days, we contacted and they told there is no stock. We contacted after 1 day of this (7th day), they told tomorrow, you come to store in evening time, you will get your new items for sure. On 8th day when we contacted they are telling there is no stock. When items will come, you will get. Was this information helpful? | |||

We have ordered sofa on 28th Jul from Crown mall near shollinganallur..today is 5th August ..delivery didn't happen...person sold it to us is Mr. moorthy..He is not giving enough information and more over none of them are able to speak in English..Receipt No.3400
