I have ordered for a cot with Hrdralic facility for Rs. 42914 only on 22nd of Febrauary. The product delivery date is 1st of March. The items are not delivered completely and delivery person is asking for additional charges for fitting, toll etc more than mentioned in the bill (Written by biller and informed to me). Also the delivery person is calling repeatedly and asking for Order Receipt without delivering and fitting product completely as in Showroom. I wish to cancel the item in such case and i would like to hear either a proper solution at no extra cost or cancellation and refund of amount paid within 2 days else I would be forced to look for other options available. I am facing severe mental agony for purchasing items from your shop and fear about quality and after sales service support for warranty.
Note: I have called shop landline number several times and i was not responded properly or provided with valid contact number who can address my issue.
