I am holding deep discount bond of face value Rs 1, 11, 000/- with registered folio no. 374087 and certificate no. 364324 with maturity date 11 Jan.2014 but so far I have not received the said amount and as well as no clarity on the redemption process.
Kindly inform by return mail the procedure to claim the said mature valued of Rs.1, 11, 000/-.
