The saree shown on website called sareeflow.com and the saree received in courier is completely different.. It's is of cheap material and faded color. I had purchased a royal blue saree with gold peacock design on cod for 1499 on may 2nd. There is no return option on the website while the website does talk about return policy and provides a email address for contact. However when i sent an email to the email address on may 6 as soon as i received the parcel, i have not received any response from them yet. There is no phone number or customer service number provided to contact as well...
