[Resolved] Sargam Electronics — deficiency in after sale service regarding sony led tv not functioning | |
I lodged complaint on 01.06.2018 with your mayur vihar branch regarding my led sony tv as the same is not functioning. I requested mr vikas to do the needful immediately but he asked me to contact the owner instead. I thereafter contacted miss poonam who assured me that needful will be shortly. Nothing happened t ill 1 pm and i contacted poonam again on 02.06.2018, but she avoided to take call and instead asked me to wait as she was allegedly on another call. I had to attend arbitration as such i dropped the idea to call poonam in the evening i was informed that poonam has left. Today i got a call from sargam that i have lodged complaint on y whatsap and technician will visit my home and rectify the error. It is 4pm and no one has visited my residence to do the needful. Being a lawyer i can initiate a legal action against your company but it will not be in your interest. Better do your job and avoid consequences. Was this information helpful? | |
