Dear sir, i m purchased the dg tv dg tv model no bp0820 50 inch dated 3/06/2018 at b block janak puri outlet and also purchased 5 year warranty by sargam

at the time of pick my tv didnt have any line in my tv engineer contact no [protected]

your engineer call me about line in side the tv because of panel broken at the time of pick the no any type of line in my tv

only dust patch inside the tv. Also in written just a dust patch

so why i am pay for panel
