Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat — water issue in my village

Hello sir/medam

My name is shailesh, my village name is faredi, my complain is...

1) faredi is a big village, wss wate tank is outside of border in my village. So wss tube well not cover 50 homes in my area, and also my area people last 3 years to complain modasa wss, grampanchyat and sarpanch but it not any kind of reply from side, and also it says will be done in few days at last three years only one answer.
I also complain last two years all of the above and gandhinagar wss but not any kind of action at last three years.in last three years many critical issue in summer season.

2) date of complain (09 jun 2017) to today no any kind of action from sarpanch

3) date of complain (09 jun 2017) to today no any kind of action from grampanchayat

So please need to proper solution for this critical issue.

If you need full proof my area in village for water issue i will provide you. But need to best of solution for the.

And also pmopg is says it case is closed but it how can it case is closed?

And i also request for one more procedure from your side please...
