Sir, one year ago i was applied for a toilet under swach bharat mission scheme. I was submitted all necessary documents in sarthebari municipal board. But one year have been passed but they are not release my till now. When i went to sarthebari municipal board and asked about this matter our ward member dulumoni deka told me that if i am not give her rs-2000 rupees she will not release my toilet. So kindly request you to take necessary action to the corrupted sarthebari municipal board.
