I have taken a education kit from i have taken a education kit from sarvshiksha solutions on 14th nov 2019 for my two kids 4th & 6th standard maharashtra english medium. The kit was explained to me is like it is e learning syllabus from current standard to 12th standard costing 14000 (Combo offer for two child) with 50% payback and each student is eligible for scholarship from 10000 to 100000 depending upon the marks obtained. And every year rs 150 required to pay for courier changes for getting new standard material and along with this 8 different subject cd will be provided. First 25 days will be trail days if product is not observed valuable / suitable or any issue it can be returned, and amount will be refund to customer. On the above said terms and conditions i had taken the kid and pay rupees 14000 (Rupees fourteen thousand) for registration and submitted the aadhar card and last year progress cards of both children. Suhani patil is my file manager ([protected] / [protected]). On 18th nov. 2019 received call from suhani patil and told that my both children are eligible for scholarship and rupees 14500 needs to pay for registration which will be refund so i paid to their account on line and as per instruction also given child bank account details to credit scholarship amount. For both the child scholar ship registration number are given and told not to disclose any body as it is confidential. During this transactions mr. Yogesh kadam was calling for verification after each payment and suhani patil had told that he is a third party for confirmation of payments so always told him that the payment is done for education kit and not to talk about the scholarship so i always replying that the payment is done for education kit for y child. On 22 nov. 2019 the scholarship numbers are provided said that one child received 39000 another 43000 and for that 18% gst amount is required to pay then only scholar ship amount can be credited to account which will be refund to me so i had paid the same (Also requested that you pay gst and deduct from scholarship amount but they did not agree it) on 5th dec. 2019 i received the pen drive for 4th standard student but not working so asked for it help which is till date not received. After conversation on 13th dec. 2019 for second child study material they agree to send it as early as possible and also agree to give tab without any additional cost as combo offer is obtained. After follow up on 18th dec 2019 i received tab for 6th std student and on same day receive call from mr. Rathod saying we are about to do agreement on 100 stamp paper for the terms and conditions which we have agreed till date so continue smooth functioning and to have legal documents in between both and for that i have to pay 15000 out of which stamp paper amount will be deducted and rest amount will be refund to me within 5-6 days. At that time i clearly told that your representative, suhani patil has not given me initially information about such lengthy process and expenses otherwise i would have not taken the kit. So, he told that now we are initiated this process as we observed disputes with few customers. When i refused they told it is a last payment required to do after that with 5-6 days i will receive agreement by post on address. On 24th mr. Ganesh from their credit department call and told me that he received the clearance of rs 1, 52, 400 (Rupees - one lakh fifty-two thousand and four hundred) to credit to my child's account number but he did not have accounts with him where i reply him that already during registration but still i again give him child's account details to make payment. After half an hour he again call and told that he has made the payment and i will receive the otp which i has to give him to complete payment process but i did not receive the same so he tried again and again i do not receive the otp. After that mr. Ganesh told me that my child accounts are register and phone number is not link so unable to process payment so i have to make rs 20000 registration charges which will be refunded within 24 hours at that time i asked him if till date registration not done then how the it is process and when already scholar ship registration done then why again registration done even paid for agreement. Here i realized that it is cheating so i refused to pay and ask suhani patil, rathod to refund my amount. They told that it will stay as it is till time, i will not do further payment. So i search on their web site https://sarvshikshasolutions.com to check for feedback / complaint and contact number where i have also made compliant on their mail id [protected]@sarvshikshasolutions.com date 28th dec 2019. And also tried on contact number [protected] but number not reachable. On 28th again i tried number and able to talk with their prater urmila tamboli where she sad that we only provide the education kits and do not take such payments so please provide me the contact details of their representative and payment details to investigate further, here i told them that i will raise compliant to consumer forum and police so she give me her personal number and assured that she will do investigation revert to me. After follow up them she told that the payment is received into their account and refer to their legal department where he told that the amount of pen drive rs 12000 and tab rs 32000 will be deducted from total rs 58422 which i have paid to them. Which i told them not accepted because it was told to me that amount will refund and i have not paid against pen drive and tab. Also on 2nd jan 2020 i have mail that as your both products are not working so i am not interested so wants to return with in 25 days so as per terms refund me complete amount which is also they not confirm and as they can only refund rs 14578 which is under process but till time not received. Also to compliant that when i pay 15000 and suhani patil told me that verification call will come from mr. Yogesh kadam and i has to replay as amount is paid to obtain education kit which i denied and said that i will replay that it is paid against for agreement so till date not received verification call, it also clearly indicates that it is a fraud organization and doing cheating with peoples so wants to raise complaint against them to get my all amount refund and stringent actions against the organizer / partner and other employees for cheating and laundering money from public. I wants to raise complaint against the urmila tamboli and neelesh fernandes who are the partners of this organization and suhani patil, rathod and mr. Ganesh which are directly involved in cheating, giving false information and asking for payments. Please do the needful at the earliest otherwise such organizations will daily continue to cheat other peoples too. Requesting to thoroughly investigate and take stringent actions to stop such crime from the society.
