Sas online is inefficient and lazy in operation, do not suggest anyone to open account here
I am writing from my office id as my personal id is not accessible to me.
I had put 1.10 lakhs orders from my system at home as (Mobile and internet are not a available in office to me due to security);
But all my amo buy orders were rejected…just because the lazy and inefficient finance department f sas online had not updated my ledger;
Shame on sas online..
Hdfc to hdfc fund transfer takes one sec so while my funds were credited to sas at 8:05 am, but my amo orders were rejected at 9:00 am.
Is spoke to customer support executive named :archit jain from sasonline but archit jain was arrogant..
I asked him to reinstate my orders as orders were rejected by sas online and it si not my fault.
But archit jain was very arrogant and unhelpful and i am not happy with sas online.
But archit jain did not help me so i publishing this complaint on blog and online on sites; Was this information helpful? | 
SAS Online is a good brokerage firm. As long as you know how to trade and take care of your business in your own hands, you can enjoy the benefits of low brokerage with them.
Their platform the NEST trader is the very best and sharp. (with some trading industry giants i did had bad experience in terms of platform performance. For Eg, IIFL - though a comprehensive platform it hangs 6 to 10 times per day despite IIFL's sincere efforts at rectifying it. I run SAS's NEST trader and IIFL's TT side by side and observed it for more than a year now. SAS's NEST trader only rarely had had hick up like hanging for split seconds during the initial days of my trading with them. Now that kind of hanging is also very rarely seen. But IIFL's TT keeps on continuing it's hanging spree unstopped even now).
