I tried to contact the customer care executive 'Nikhil Negi' regarding canceling ticket number M3SKUF-1 with Akasa air but he did not handle me and not even transferring my call to any experience or manager level authority Giving excuses "No manager is available on the floor" .
He does not have any customer handling experience. Did not even understand my query and insisted on talking to the airlines myself but when I did that the airlines told me to contact the agency
Since I have booked my tickets today morning, it has not been 24 hours so I should be getting a full refund. There should be no cancellation charges but he was telling me that the vendor will charge them so they cant Was this information helpful? |
