Sastasundar.com — amount 745 got debited but order not placed

Today i was placing an order of amount rs.745 through sastasundar mobile app. The payment mode was selected as paytm upi. I paid rs.745 to sasta sundar through paytm upi, amount got deducted and the transaction shown successful on paytm. But the order was not placed.

Please look into the matter on priority basis and refund the amount.
I have attcahed the screenshot of the bank statement and paytm upi screen which clearly shows 745.00 was paid to sasta sundar
