[full description of the incident]
I booked ticket at sasti ticket, because refundable ticket - even if there was little higher than other site. As attached photo. There is clearly marked refundable.
I had to change my schedule from outside issue.
So, i login sasti ticket website and push cancel button.
However, suddenly sasti ticket said this ticket is not refundable. I have to contact airline - directly.
I cannot understand their behavior. What is my mistake?
I also called to usa with my personal call fee, usa airline said... Ticket was booked by travel agency. So, i have to contact travel agency.
Sasti ticket said... Will not refund (Until now).
How can i do? This airticket price is not low. Of course, this is not only money issue.
This is fraud issue.
