[Resolved] DishTV And Paytm — DishTv and Paytm not refunding my money for a failed dishtv recharge | |||
I tried to recharge my dishtv account (Details mentioned below) through the Dishtv.in website. However, after I entered my credentials on my net banking website, before I could get redirected back to dishtv website, a connection timeout error occured. However, the amount was deducted from my bank account. I raised this concern with both dishtv and paytm, as paytm is the gateway used by dishtv.in. Dishtv keeps asking me for the paytm order id which I didn't receive and are saying that they will not refund my money without it. When I checked with paytm about the same, they are not even responding back to my emails. I have provided my bank statement to both of them and all the other related details. It has already been 10 days and yet no action has been taken by either of them. Dishtv VC Number: [protected] Recharge Amount: Rs 600 Recharge Date: 01/05/2013 Please work towards refunding my money. Dish TV — website not opening no action taken
We want to renw our annual subcription which terminated on 19th February 2009We made a complaint to customer care but they have not responded
