[Resolved] Sathya Agencies — ac, fridge / wrong commitment for delivery time

I order bluestar ac and samsung fridge on 06 th may 2019 in kolathur sathya. And they told as they will deliver next day or 2nd day. But now is 3rd day but still i did not get deliver my product.. But if i called to them they not responding properly and behaving very harshly so i request here dont give commitment but if giving means make it done...
