Am writing this email with regards to an ac which i bought it few days back from you. I paid it in full cash and bought it but i was not explained by anyone about the product in detail hence i had to return it the next day. When i met sathya ageny manager, he was pretty rude and did not even listen to what i was saying. Being a customer and i bought a product from them which i had to return but they did not even have a courtesy to listen or see to what i was asking. Worst customer service ever seen in my life. I would recommend not to buy any products from them. They would just sell it, get your money and close it. They are running # business. The product is brand new and we have not even opened yet. The reason why am returning the product is because i did not know what i was buying and i was not fully explained but then i just went for it knowing that product would be good. But you guys showed your business tactics to your own customers, then how the hell would customers come and buy product from you all in future. I want to return it or else i will have this message posted in all social network to make sure that your # business is going down. I would expect a reply by tonight for this email
