[Resolved] Sathya Agencies — Air cooler | |||||
Sir, we bought a Voltas aircooler(50l vm- w50mw) at Satya agencies, west masi Street, Madurai on 08.04.17 and it's not working from 14.4.17. we are seeking for technical assistance from Sathya agencies but they are not responding. They are not attending phone calls and if we call repeatedly they give very lethargic irresponsible reply. We bought air cooler because of the summer heat and we can't bear the heat and we are very much disappointed by the customer service of Satya agencies. The customer care number also unresponsive.
