Sathya Agencies — complaint on compliments which was provided for the purchase of tv

This is to bring to your knowledge that we purchased a 65inch lg TV in sathya agencies in cuddalore, approximately one and half month ago and they assured that they provide a jbl bluetooth speaker as a compliment with the TV and they didn't give it along with the TV. We had been following them for a long time for the speaker and they postponed in providing the speaker to us and finally today we got it that too a duplicate one which is not a jbl bluetooth speaker and not only that they provided a duplicate jbl speaker which is not in a working condition. We felt very bad on that and shocked too regarding this attitude of sathya agencies, cuddalore.
