Sathya Agencies — Complimentary gift not yet given for past 2 years

On 26.07.2013 I bought new LG Washing machine(T72CMG22P) at that time INDUCTION RICE COOKER was applicable as a complimentary gift. They requested me that INDUCTION RICE COOKER was out of stock, So they ask 10 days time to deliver my gift. But yet now (its around 2 years completed) I did not received any gift from sathya agencies. I went directly for more than 20 times to collect my gift but every time they are replying as out of stock. I am frustrated in this issue. I want my gift immediately. Please help me.
