We bought a dishwasher in sathya online in the name of antony regan, and product which is delivered to my home is damaged product, sathya showroom responded that they will change the product with the new one. It's been one week since after discussing with the team but no any response yet.
Sathya showroom which is located in tuticorin is not responding at all. Worst service ever. Do you want us to wait for one year? Who do this to people?
They're not even picking up the call. Don't you guys have a product which is working or don't you guys even check the product before you sent it to customers...

I have requested many times and discussed about this issue with Sathya manager and team But they are not giving any proper response.
Please update ASAP.
