[Resolved] Sathya Agencies — Frustrating sathya customer | |||||
Dear team, Thanks for support from sathya... recently i bought a led tv from sathya agencies at perungudi, chennai. today they called and informed me that a free offer is available for the tv we bought. they informed me that they are going to give home theater for lg tv (model lg 32lh604t). I enquired them about the details via phone about the offer and they confirmed that the offer is for us and they asked to bring the bill along with me. So i went home and took the bill and went to the shop (i. e., 30kms). after reaching there the same staff who spoke to me through phone told me that the offer is not for us and given a wrong information. I didn't expect any offer but giving a wrong information and making me to travel so long makes me frustrated. after confirming twice then why should they say that it's a wrong information. please don't try to fool any customer's like this.
