[Resolved] Sathya Agencies — Frustration because of the service of Sathya | |||||
I am maduma, i bought panasonic 40 inch tv on june 11th from sathya which is in avadi. This tv cost 40k. The tv was delivered on 13th june without proper accessories (Like the wall mount). I was shifted to hyderabad from chennai for which i asked sathya to instal the tv in hyderabad. They promised to do the same with the airtel dish tv connection on or before june 17th. But there is no response from either panasonic or sathya or airtel. I am very frustrated with the service of sathya. I have called and calling sathya for my issues to fix almost 30 times till now. But till now all that i got is no proper response and fake excuses. The executive from the showroom in sathya, avadi shouts back to me over the phone saying, you are wasting my time talking and arguing over the phone. Is this the service of sathya?! As a customer, i did my part well by paying the entire amount at one go believing the service which was my mistake. Am affected mentally and financially because of their service. The response of sathya when i told all this was, "what to do now!" And for people who read the same in sathya customer complaints, please don't believe sathya watching the advertisements.
