[Resolved] Sathya Agencies — led tv buying experience
I recently purchased the lg 65 inch television in satya at velachery, chennai, it took 5days to process the load and hand over the products. The products just came yesterday as below
1. Tv came in the afternoon after a couple of reminders, the package was not looking like original package, they have removed in between and taped again, when i called the store manager he still claims it is new
2. Secondly they have not provided me the invoice for the tv while delivery
3. They suppose to deliver the stabilizer along with tv, they missed, again i did followup, they delivered the stabilizer at 8.30pm in the night, i opened it and saw the stabilizer is broken and it is full of cracks all over the body, the box itself looking like very old and tored
I called the store manager in the night 10pm and explained him when they are sending all in one and why they shipping damaged items
Now i am waiting for damaged things to be replaced, poor customer service post sales
