Sathya Agencies — not providing proper response to repair my led tv | |||
I purchased the Videocon 50inch Led tv (Model No: DDBTVVKV50FH18XAH, at Rs.49, 000) on 27th Oct 2016 with 5 years of warranty + 2 years Bajaj finserv extended warranty (at Rs.5600) in Sathya, Pondicherry. I attached the bill copy for your reference. Now, All of the HDMI port was stopped working on the TV. I was informed to Sathya showroom in Pondicherry around one month ago and also made a daily follow up and still, it was not resolved yet. I need it to be repaired asap. Thank you.
