Sir/madam, 1. I did book philips spa8000b 5.1 home theater on sep 30 at thiruvallur branch. They are not able to give me a product till now and also not returning my money. 2. They are give me demo piece. After i did confirm that they are told to give me a new product. 3. Now i loss trust on them, when they are giving to me demo piece. So please give my money to return. 4.
