[Resolved] Sathya Agencies — Received defective product | |||
My name is saravanan. Yesterday 7-feb-2017 I bought a videocon WM VS75Z11 model from sathya purasawalkam Chennai branch. Today I received the product 8-feb-2017) and its a defective product. I could see the product was opened already and lot of dust and pen marks are there in the product, and user manual as xerox paper, will this product come without user manual ? It’s a damn cheating. Did you guys send any demo piece or something was kept in the showroom? How come dusts come inside a packed product and how the user manual book in a xerox paper? how come numbers and lines written in pen inside the product? its a damn showcase piece product. not an original from the videocon.
