[Resolved] Sathya Agencies — refrigerator abnormal noise

We purchased Samsung Refrigerator (RR24N287YU8) on jan 26th 2019, from Tambaram branch, but right from the day on installation we can hearing a loud abnormal noise from airflow, the service person who visited just tried to convince me and could not do anything about the sound.
Sathya showroom sales persons are saying they are not response for this, then why they convinced me for 30min while purchasing.
we feel unsatisfied with this new product and request to eradicate the problem or suggest an alternative.
Hoping for a good resolution at the earliest.

Updated by sureshkumar_chennai Last two months, lot of arguments with samsung service center persons (Thirumala Electricals) and samsung customer care, finally samsung company agreed to replace the product. Not Sathya agencies. Fyi.
