Hi i am sivaprakash. I purchased a samsung tv for sunday evening. Your employees told the product free with one sound bar and woofer also. But the next day coming woofer only. I asking that manager he easily told sound bar not coming for this tv. Very worst customer service. I have a proof for your employee saying details. And your customer care also not responding
