I got a samsung tv 49n5370 from satya showroom yesterday and after installing i am shocked to see that some unrelated different colors appears in tv as soon we switch on the tv for few seconds. When asked to technical guy, he was blank and told may be it will be fine after reset it. But still i am facing the same issue. Worst response of technician guy. Nov 12, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Technician came to check it, and it was suggested to use HD dth.
They told it might happened due to delay in reaching signal to TV from dish.
I was using Tata sky, they told same issue other customers also have faced.
They asked me to check with Airtle dth, I checked it.
Now the clarity is good, but still I face the low performance in TV.
Sometimes TV takes few moments to act, whenever we change the channels. Sathya Agencies customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
