I purchased ifb microwave oven 20bc4 on 30.06.20. They delivered a damaged product. I contacted customer care and the ms. Dhivya and mr. Sriram. Initially they responded now they don't even attend the call. Kindly help me in returning or replacing the product it's been 18 days.
