Two months back, we have purchased vguard water heater (10l - pebble) in sathya - porur branch. Bill was in my husband's name - narayanan. Contact numbers-[protected], [protected].
Water smells very bad in the heater. We complained so many times and 4 times they send the service man for service but after that also same bad smell so they (From vguard) replaced with other heater, we went to sathya and got it replaced. But again now same problem (Water smells very bad). Again we are complaining daily but no proper response from sathya. After struggling with vguard, last week they come and collected the sample water from heater (Which smells bad). At that time they told as they will send the sample water (For proof) to lab to get the report and after analysing it, we will proceed. But no response till now we r making calls for sathya and vguard. Asusual they r convincing us by telling something but we r not satisfied with the service (Both from vguard and sathya). We don't want to use that heater further so we are ready to return it and asking them to refund our money so only no proper answer. Was this information helpful? |

Multiple times follow up, no one has taking action on product replacement.
