[Resolved]  Sathya Agencies — warranty for smart tv

I have bought lg 43 inch smart led tv from sathya agency, west tambaram on[protected] for full payment. They have delivered and installed on[protected]. During purchase the salesman mr. Vasanth and lg rep mr. Ummer basha has told that the warranty period for the tv is 2 years from the date of purchase. But during installation, the lg technicians have told that on production of sales bill, the warranty will be 1year only and on production of extended warranty from the supplier it will be 2 years. But so far tambaram branch has not released extended warranty. All my contacts to the branch are in vain. Please arrange for extended warranty or please replace the product for any other branded tv.
