[Resolved] Sathya Agencies — washing machine delivery | |||
Recently i purchased a washing machine from sathya agencies, velachery. It was delivered without packaging. Agent said it was a new stock from their warehouse but does not have the box pack. I said ok for the delivery. It was delivered without manual, warrenty card. When installation person came from whirlpool, noticed that the rat mesh is missing. Shop agent said it was not required. I disagreed with that. I strongly believe that the display piece was delivered to me after billing me the whole price. Am maniraj.. i buy new grinder at sathya.1st time start a grinder not working.. so take it and going to same buying store. Store employee tell to me wait 3 days for service so am argument with them replace new.. but he not accept.. please give me a sollution

Hi team, I bought 4K LG smart TV from ur shop model no 43UM7300 on 17 October 2019 .
Only 5 months passed there is problem in display.. Some lines are forming in middle of screen.
Please resolve this issue as this is Lockdown period I contacted customer care but no response so I mailed it..
