[Resolved] Sathya Agencies — why are we made to pay delivery charge compulsory even when when we want to take it with our own transport

We bought a goodrej ac from sathya in madurai.. We have our car to take it home.. But they are sayin it’s compulsory that they only will deliver it and we should pay 250rs.. What’s this new process that we don’t have in chennai... It like you are cheating the customers.. What is called a document charge that happens only in madurai. Why is that?? I need a verification on this..
