[Resolved] Sathya Agencies — worst customer care | |||
We purchased Haier washing machine on 20th August. The salesman (Mr. Dheena) told us that they will take the old washing machine for Rs. 800 when they come for delivery of the new machine. On 21st August, they delivered the new machine but that person refused to take the old one saying that he didn't get the order from Sathya agencies. We called Dheena and he was not polite and told that they will come and take the machine. I told him very clearly that we live in an apartment and we don't have space. He didn't attend our call after that. We even called sathya agencies (Thiruvotriyur) and informed the case, and yet no proper response from them. A good customer care should not be only untill we purchase the product, but it should be even after that. Very much disappointed. Kindly take action. We purchased from Thiruvotriyur branch.
