[Resolved]  Saudi Arabian Airlines — airline ticket refund vs saudi air in cairo refused boarding me

I bought air line ticket from CheapOair on April 09-2014 booking number 21002125/Dep-Cairo airport on[protected] to Washington Dulles DC USA when i went to Cairo airport the Saudi agent refused to board and denied to give me any reason.and i had my valid passport and green card.then i missed my flight after that i have to buy another ticket so i can go back to USA in the same day.after i arrived try to get my refund they refused also filed dispute with CheapOair and my credit card the answer from the Saudi air was no refund tile today[protected] also i submitted copy of my passport-green card-US immgiraition in JFK NY-and copy of other air line ticket that i bought it in same day.still refused to refund me
