We make the registration of our tickets 065 [protected] and 065 [protected] then when we went to the boarding it took time due to the long queue by consequence we reached just before 21:00, but we found that the gate already closed
We didn’t receive an official call from the airlines to ask where we were or if we can reach or not. Even we reached before the time
It was easy to open the door for us and we will not cause any delay to the flight
But later i understood why their behavior was in such way??
They want as to miss the flight then they will charge as for the modification of the ticket and this what happened because we were in the obligation to go in the following flight so the ask for 230 aed for each ticket to go for the next flight which was at 23:00 under the booking[protected]
When we came in the plain we noticed that was almost empty, so i don’t understand why the charged as by 460aed even they make a mistake caused us to miss our 1st flight
So kindly we request to refund at least the 460 aed that they charged as because that was not fare Was this information helpful? |
