I hired a taxi fro savari for a fixed rental charge for fixed kilometers.Trip was taken from madurai airport to rameshwaram. There were no diversions or extra kilometers traveled. In the end driver out of the blue showed fake meter reading which he never told to start and overcharged me. Customer service representative from last 20 days is saying to take action but never does anything. Such a pathetic service indeed. Was this information helpful? |
